Overview: Nebraska Extension's Meat Processing Manager Training Program is committed to improving the quality of small meat processor management personnel. Over the course of 12 months, selected participants will engage in two virtual meetings per month, aimed at improving their understanding of their business, their employees, and the means for ensuring a successful and profitable future. The topics covered will span from financial analysis to improving product quality. Upon completion of the program, management personnel will be able to better understand their business and future goals, and develop a continuous improvement mindset.
